About Us
Our Mission
Sandhills Community Collaborative believes in the power of preventative services provided to children and families in the 8 counties of the Sandhills area - Blaine, Custer, Garfield, Greeley, Loup, Sherman, Valley, and Wheeler. Our collaborative work is to develop and sustain a seamless and comprehensive system to access services for our rural area through supportive measures. Our efforts are designed to increase family and community protective factors, increase self-sufficiency, and realize positive life outcomes.
Sandhill Community Collaborative is designed to support existing agencies.
- Providing information to families about resources available to them.
- Linking families to coaches and resources that can provide on-going support.
- Funding to help with emergency expenses.
